Returns & Exchanges

At Pop Stop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Pop Stop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
